Jason Vance is the Sr. Site Reliability Engineer for Accela, Inc., A civil engagement platform for governments. For the last 4 years, Jason has been a vocal proponent for the DevOps movement and is one of the original organizers for Salt Lake City DevOps days.

During Jason's 20 year as an IT professional, Jason has been programming, designing, creating and managing numerous ecommerce sites, mobile applications and game sites. He dabbles in marketing, e-commerce, 3d animation, graphic design and filming for the last 20 years. He is Oracle OCP and LPIC-1 certified. He also holds a private pilot license.
